FUNCTIONING OF THE ORGANISATION

  PHILOSOPHY THAT GUIDES ORGANISATIONAL STRATEGY

Supporting the claim of every citizen to enjoy basic rights and liberties, cooperate with the people for the implementation of the scheme which alone can assure permanent social amity and peace.

Empowerment of rural people and grass-root organizations like Gram Vikas Samiti, Tola Vikas Samiti. Mahila Mandals, local leadership and the Group dynamics to layout, implement and monitor the plans through-

  1. Participatory analysis to the state of affairs and needs estimation under the motto of the people by the people for the people.
  2. Participatory perusal and schematic planning, monitoring and evaluation.
  3. Developing the managerial and technical know-how to implement the plan.

Constituting and development of basic infrastructure like roads, drinking water facilities, irrigational facilities, educational and medical facilities and to promote action for protecting the environment.

Accumulation and transfer of technology considering the local resources and the special need of the people.

  • Development of existing technologies and know-how.
  • Up-gradation of skill and workmanship through proper training.
  • Development of sensitive technology packages and system towards the social and cultural village.
  • Confer the tutelage services.
  • Taking up various social and economic issues covering women and child, such as livelihood, literacy, health, living in concealment (Purdha) child marriage, divorce, violence, exploitation, property rights etc. for their prestigious survival.

 FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATION & GOVERNANCE

The society is governed by a duly elected governing body under the leadership of secretary. The decision is taken in periodic meetings of governing body. The general body has the highest authority and is authorized to take all policy decision. We have standard accounting practices in which we right daily books prepare monthly account statement collate it with our financial plan and get our annual audit conducted by competent auditor.

 

THE MONITORING & EVALUATION FUNCTION

We develop our M&E plan at the beginning of the project/program and practice it. A few aspects of our M&E is registers ,daily dairy, review meetings monthly ,quarterly and half yearly and prepared annual  reports. The tools and templates are used for tracking work in progress. We develop thematic reports and conduct study, assessments time to time to analyze the situation and identify micro changes.

PROGRAMME PLANNING

We develop our strategic plan of specific project with help of our tactical partner and community as well. Further at every three years interval we review our overall organizational strategies and priorities and tune it with the existing aspiration of our target group. Gender is cross cutting theme in almost our entire program.

The society has three well furnished offices 1st one is located in Jehanabad known as registered office. Other one is located at state capital, Patna and is working as admin. office and a part from this organization has project office located at Birla colony, Phulwarisharif, Patna.
